Summer drinks with LUXLO

London is at its best in the summer sunshine. I’m lucky to have a lovely garden to while away sunny hours, drinking summery drinks while something simmers on the barbecue. It’s when I’m at my happiest at home. And I’m always up for trying something new. Which is what we’re doing today.

LUXLO has introduced a lovely new selection of juniper-based spirits. They are made up of nine carefully selected botanicals all individually distilled by their master distiller. They come in four lovely summery flavours – blood orange, passion fruit, pomegranate and raspberry and ginny. And in such beautiful bottles too.Luxlo - four flavours

So as I had tonic water in the house I embarked on a fruity collection of LUXLO-based cocktails by mixing it with the Luxlo drinks. To the ginny I added cucumber, mint and ice and orange slices to  blood orange. Beautifully light and refreshing – and don’t they look beautiful.Luxlo - cocktails

The raspberry and pomegranate LUXLO got the exotic addition of raspberries and pomegranate seeds and scooped out fresh passion fruit completed the passion fruit version.
