How I love a gadget, especially one that makes prepping food so much easier.
Today I’m testing out the brand new Microplane Rotary Fine Blade Grater, the latest of their range of high-performance grinders. It’s compact, light yet strong and has an ultra-sharp stainless steel blade. Grating cheese (both hard and soft) has never been easier, simply insert squares and grate. Think piles of fluffy Parmesan to scatter over your pasta or layers of cheddar for the best cheese on toast.
Its also excellent for grating chocolate and nuts like almonds, walnuts, pistachios or walnuts. The perfect topping for hot drinks, espresso martinis, ice cream or home-made desserts.
The drum and handle separate easily for cleaning, making the whole process incredibly easy, no long-winded scrubbing or soaking.,
This really is a great addition to my kitchen, a pleasure to use and a real time saver.
