I’ve seen this concept in action in a restaurant in Valencia, Spain and I have to say, it got me very excited! It’s a whole new dining ritual where you cook your own food at the table, at your own pace. A wonderfully chilled out way to eat.
And now you can do it at home with this Steak & Stone plate set. It’s basically a hot rock that you use to cook at the table. Simply choose the meat, fish or vegetarian option you want to grill, prepare your accompaniments, heat the rock in the oven or on the hob, bring it to the table on its porcelain platter and get cooking.
