Today on Eating Covent Garden, it’s competition time. It’s your chance to win a fabulous penguin jug and mug designed by artist Helen Russell.

They are so adorable – just like the penguins themselves who I had the great good fortune of communing with last year in Antarctica. Maybe the most beautiful creatures on this earth
